Where are you sending from? Do I have to pay any Import taxes?

Mecha Universe is based in Barcelona, Spain. So, all our goods have already cleared EU Customs, we can ship immediately, and you will receive the goods in a noticeably shorter time without the hazardous painful Import Customs Process. So, no hidden additional costs!

Do you ship on weekends? So if i place Satruday will I get my products Monday? 

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, so even you place the order on a weekend, we will not pack your order till the next working day. 

Why UPS, GLS or DHL? Which one is better?

At our beginning stage we only gave the option to send by UPS but after some time and receiving a lot of feedbacks from the community we decided to increase the options. Each company has their Pros and Cons. Each Country, each region and even each customer will have their preference so that is why we are choosing the best options.

Is there not a shipping rate infographic?

This is a quite common question; we will only charge you what it really costs. If we consider that is not the same shipping a small parcel like 2 Gundam paints vs 2 big parcels like 2 MGs. So, we cannot really reply in a very general way. We have spent a lot of time on the shipping costs calculations, so our system will calculate the real shipping cost for you with your shopping basket. Best thing you can do is just check your shopping Basket, it will give you all the Shipping options with the Delivery Times and Costs.

PRE-ORDERS

What is a pre-order in MechaUniverse?

A pre-order is an order of a product that has yet to arrive at our warehouse but has been confirmed to be shipped by our providers. This means that it will be available in a week or two so there’s not a big delay between placing a pre-order and receiving the product.

How do pre-orders work?

You may now find a new category on our web named Incoming. In this category, all products are pre-orders which will soon be available to be bought.

The way you pre-order something is very simple, for it follows the exact same procedure you would use whenever placing a regular order. Just add the item to the cart, select shipping method and proceed to the payment. Do note that the payment for pre-orders is at the time of ordering and it is the full amount.

Alongside this, do note that we ship all products in an order at the same time. This applies to pre-orders and so, if you order two kits and one is a pre-order, they will both be shipped at the same time. Should you want to receive something right now while doing a pre-order, please, make two different orders.

When will I receive the product?

As soon as we get the product we’ll prepare your order and ship it as soon as possible, following our policy on shipments.

Can I pre-order other items that are not in this category?

No. This system has been put in place due to a growing volume of questions regarding restocks or items that are in high demand. This may change in the future but as of the time of writing, it is not available.

Should you want a chance at grabbing a highly sought after item that is currently out of stock and not available for pre-order, make sure you tick “Let me know when there’s stock” on the product you’re interested in!
