The terms for the access and use of the present website are ruled by the current legislation and the good faith principle, so the user agrees to use of the website accordinly. Behaviours or acts will not be allowed if they are against the law, the rights or interests of third parties.
As user of the website, there is an agreement of having read and accepted the present conditions and however they are extended by the applicable legal ruling in this matter. If, for whatever reason, you are not in agreement with these conditions, please exit this website.
Liabilities
www.mechauniverse.com will not be held accountable for the information and content stored in forums, social media or any other way that may make it possible for third parties to publish content independently in www.mechauniverse.com website.
The enterprise will not be held accountable for any harm or damage done because of failure or missconfiguration of the software installed in the user's computer either. No accountablility will be held for technical incident or failures that may occur when the user connects to the Internet. There can be no guarantee either for the absence of interruptions or errors in the access to the website.
Therefore www.mechauniverse reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information stored in the website, as with the configuration or presentation of the same, at any time, without assuming any resposability for such.
The present conditions are ruled under the Spanish Law, and in case of any litigation the jurisdiction will be Barcelona's Courts'.
Your information. Data protection
The information you provide allows us to provide a better service, and will never be sold, transferred, exchanged or given to any other enterprise for any reason without your consent. The email address provided by you during your registration will be exclusively used by us for communication purpose related to your order and, eventually, a newsletter.
According to the actual Spanish law issued on December 13 "Ley Orgánica 15/1999", and the rest of the current legislation in data protection issues, your personal data will be added to files in Mecha Universe ownership, with the above mentioned objectives. The user can exercise their right to access, to modify, opossal and cancellation their data by contacting Mecha Universe through our email info@mechauniverse.com in the legally provided terms and asking for information.
Order confirmation
Your order will be issued through Internet on our website www.mechauniverse.com, accesible 24/7 except for unexpected major cause.
After the client validates the order, a confirmation email will be sent to notify the client of the correct completion of the order.
To correct any anomalies or mistakes in the order, contact inmediately with Mecha Universe by sending an email. info@mechauniverse.com or use the contact form on the website.
Delivery/Shipping times
Every order will have a separate management time and delivery time. The time to prepare your order will be 1-2 working days. The time for delivery will depend on the delivery option chosen by the user, for spanish shipments, the time range will be 1-3 working days while for the rest of EU will depend extensively depending on the shipping method.
We will not be held accountable for any delays caused by the delivery company (usually around dates with a high volume of extra sales, like Christmas and others). We will pay attention to your delivery and keep you updated by email to help you along this process.

Delivery Service
We work with UPS, GLS(DPD), and CTT for deliveries in the EU. Due to logistic difficulties there will be some regions and we are not able to provide delivery service.
We do not deliver outside the EU.
Payment Options
The payment options accepted at Mecha Universe are:
Credit Card
Credit card will be accepted, Payment gateway will be BANK SABADELL and PAYCOMET. This is an automatic payment which confirms right away the payment.
PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay with it. Payment will be processed immediatly.
Bank transfer
Once the order is confirmed wih this payment option, you will receive a confirmation email containing our bank account data to transfer your payment. The user name or order number has to be clearly stated in the [subject/concept] of the transfer, and we will manage the delivery as soon as the transfer is effective (in our account), which can be delayed up to 48 hours. To speed up the process you can send the payment proof to our email info@mechauniverse.com .
The transfer has to be placed before 5 working days have passed since the order's placement. If in such a time there is no payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Return Policy
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you can return it before 15 days from the day you received the products.
For this to be conducted you need to notify us via email at the info@mechauniverse.com address indicating the order number or the invoice number. As soon as we receive your email, we’ll contact you through the same method and we’ll guide you through the process that applies to your refund, either due to causes attributed to Mecha Universe or withdrawal.
Should the cause of the refund be attributable causes to Mecha Universe as in defective products and/or products that do not match their reference it will be Mecha Universe who will shoulder all costs associated with the pickup of the products, their change and the shipping.
o In case of model kits, it is mandatory for the client to check that all runners are not damaged and in their original, see-through plastic envelope. Products where these plastic bags have been opened will not be refunded.
Should the cause of the refund not be attributable causes to Mecha Universe, either through client withdrawal or mistake, it will be the client who will be tasked with sending the products in their original packaging, without opening or using them, in a period no longer than 15 natural days from the reception of the package.
During this process, the shipping fees will be paid at the customer’s expense.
Mecha Universe WILL NOT accept refunds or returns of fungible products whose packing has been opened or their full integrity cannot be checked such as
o Products whose seal has been broken and/or the original packaging has not been preserved
o Brushes, sanding tools, markers… whose packaging has been opened.
o Tools such as nippers or airbrushes whose box has been opened.
o Paints, either in bottle or spray, will not be accepted for refund or return due to the impossibility of checking if they are in good condition, have not been manipulated or opened.
o Model kits where the packaging, such as plastic bags, have been opened will not be accepted.
For those cases that follow our return and refund policy, Mecha Universe, once the products have been received and checked, will reimburse the client the price of said products, shipping fees not included.
The reimbursement method will be decided by the client from the following options
- 1.- The amount to be refunded as MLPS on their Mecha Universe account
- 2.- The amount to be refunded through the payment method used when placing the order
Mecha Universe will conduct this reimbursement in the following 7 days after the product has been received and confirmed its integrity.
Addendum
Model kits will be considered defective so long a visual inspection has been conducted and the integrity of the box or the plastic itself has been confirmed as damaged. The requirement of the original packaging to remain intact still applies, for example, the plastic bags Gunpla kits come with.
Fungible products such as paints, panel lining liquids or markers are checked before being sent to our customers. Should the customer see a stain or leakage from the marker it is needed to send photographic evidence of this affecting both the product and the shipping box, as in stains of ink on it.
All shipments where the packaging is visibly damaged when accepted, it is mandatory to notify the shipping company at the same moment the package is being accepted to put on record these details on the delivery note.
o This applies to all shipments whose integrity has been affected by adverse weather such as rain or snow.
Once the shipping company has been notified, the client has the obligation to take photographs of both the delivery note in which the shipping company’s name and records are visible, photographs of the box and of the affected products to conduct the appropriate proceedings with due diligence.
Taxes
All prices include always VAT. Tax % will be applied by case by case, taking into consideration the country which goods will be shipped and according to the country's Tax Office regulation.
Pricing Policy
All products will be sold at the price indicated, being the price current at the time of the order's confirmation the price used.
Mecha Universe reserves the right to modify prices, articles, special offers and other sale conditions without previous notification.
