Every builder is different. Some want a quick, relaxing build. Others want hundreds of parts and hours of detail work. That is exactly why Gunpla comes in grades. Each grade represents a different level of complexity, scale and detail, so there is always a perfect match for where you are in the hobby. Start with Entry Grade (EG) if you are new and want something simple with no tools required. Move into High Grade (HG) for the most popular and versatile 1/144 scale kits. Step up to Real Grade (RG) if you want Master Grade level detail in a compact size. Go for Master Grade (MG) when you are ready for full inner frames and serious builds at 1/100 scale. And if you want the absolute pinnacle, Perfect Grade (PG) at 1/60 scale is the ultimate Gunpla experience.
