RX-78-02 from Mobile Suit Gundam, the original series, piloted by Amuro Ray is the main Gundam of the first series. It is "original" one. 

This kit is from Mobile Suit Origins, so the kit is different from other RX-78-2 kits. The most key point is that you can chose what RX-78-02 Type/loadout you want to build. Early or Mid Type. 

Early Type will have left side and right side different, asymetrical, meaning that you will have different weapons in different parts. While the Mid Type is symetrical, left and right side have the same loadout / Configuration.
