Full Mechanics gives you the 1/100 scale size and presence of a Master Grade but at a friendlier price and with a more straightforward build. These kits focus on replicating surface detail and complex gimmick points without the use of a full inner frame, which keeps the part count lower and the assembly more accessible. That does not mean they are simple though. FM kits still deliver impressive detail, good color separation and satisfying articulation. They are especially popular for mobile suits from newer series like Iron-Blooded Orphans, Gundam SEED Freedom and The Witch from Mercury, where Bandai has used the Full Mechanics format to bring larger suits to life quickly after their anime debut. If you want a big, good looking Gundam model kit on your shelf without the time commitment of an MG build, Full Mechanics is the sweet spot.
