How to Use

Position the flat (blunt) side of the blade against the part, and the cutting edge against the gate or sprue. Cut in two passes where possible: a first cut further up the sprue to remove the part from the runner, then a second close-up cut to clean the gate. This two-cut approach protects both the blade and the part surface. Keep the cutting motion clean and direct. Do not twist or lever the nipper sideways while the blade is engaged, as this can warp or chip the edge. After your session, wipe the blade down and apply a thin coat of protective oil before storing. Keep it away from moisture and never leave the blade open.
